Birth Support Package
2 Prenatal Visits: We'll meet in person to get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, create a birth plan
24/7 On-Call Support (starting at 37 weeks) : Available by phone/text for questions and emotional support
Continuous Labor Support: In-person physical and emotional support during active labor, through delivery, and 1–2 hours postpartum.
Partner Support : Guidance for your partner or support person so they feel confident and involved.
1 Postpartum Follow-Up: Visit In your home or virtually to check in, talk through your birth experience, and support your transition home.
Postpartum Support Package
In-Home Support for Newborn & Parent(s): Help with diapering, feeding, soothing, bathing, and building confidence in your care.
Light Housework: Includes light laundry, light dishes, bottle prep, and tidying baby areas
Feeding Support : Bottle-feeding assistance, referrals to lactation consultants if needed.
Emotional Check-Ins: A calm presence for listening, normalizing the postpartum experience, and screening for mental health concerns.
